yeah, because the fork wasn't designed to take that radially spoked wheel. what he should have done is reversed the polarity and hack the dot matrix in the forks heat treatment phase to unlock the high modulus rebound capabilities because 26" is better than 700c and anyone using anything other than a 120mm stem clearly has not applied logic to their polo bike.
