I was lucky enough to be selected as a tester for the cambium......they are really good. I've put a few thousand miles on mine now, on my 29er, and my mercian, and I have to say, it's as good as my swift or b17 for comfort, but not as breathable. That being said, it's a really good compromise, as you don't have to worry about the rain or crud.
I wouldn't say it was worth the full retail price though.......I'd rather have a couple of b17's -

I'm thinking about buying one.
I registered on their site and they asked for my DOB for a birthday present, presumably some sort of discount code?
My birthday is in a couple of week, so if it is a discount, I'll hold off buying one until then.
Can anyone confirm?
Thanks -

put your birthday in as tomorrow and see what happens.
The comfiest saddle I've ever had are the Brooks B17 but, I hate the fact they need pampering and are easily damaged by rain and scuffing if a puncture on the road occurs.
On my current bike I've a Charge Spoon and it's ok but a bit narrow for my ample figure (work in progress).
I've stopped using mudguards as well so another no no for a Brooks leather one...
Has anyone got the Cambium? How does it hold up to rain and scuffing?
Cheers.
