How is that possible?
Cyclist is wearing high-vis jacket and has lights, driver hits him with his wing mirror and runs him over, driver thought he'd hit a road sign and drove on (but kinda suspected it might be a person as he owned up when he realised someone had been killed there) and somehow he's not guilty of causing death by driving without due care and attention. Unbelievable.
