Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Can male cyclists stop rubber necking/checking out women pedestrians please? It's really obvious and pathetic. Just because you're on a bike doesn't make you anonymous.

Seriously, you're coming onto a forum to call out men for looking at women? That's like being annoyed by the tide 'yesterday the sea was just here, now it's all the way out there, da fuq?'
