I called out two cyclists, one last night and one this morning, both of whom I think are probably on here.
To the guy on the Dolan who tried to outdrag me last night from the junction of Balls Pond Road and Mildmay Park to turn left into King Henry's Walk, I ask again, could you not have waited? If you had been in my position and a car had done that to you, how would you have felt? What would have been so hard about riding behind me until the left turn? It's not even 50 metres from the junction.
And to the guy on the gray single speed bike this morning wearing the cycling hat with some sort of hackney cycle based motif, yes you did cut me up. There was clearly a very large obstacle in the form of an articulated transporter with a military vehicle lashed to it. Did you think I was just hanging around for the LOLz? If you understand how rear wheel steer works you'd know that the back of the trailer moves outwards in the opposite direction of the turn, hence me choosing not to ride along side the back of the trailer. You clearly decided you're more important than everyone else and decided to cut in between me and the trailer, what would have been so hard about staying behind me? I had to alter my path and slow down to compensate for you struggling to push your track sized gearing round enough to get some sort of acceleration. If you hadn't done that I would have accelerated with the truck and not had to deviate. So yes, you did cut me up. Try a lower gear and pulling your head out of your arse.
