well done for reporting it. that manoeuvre is so completely pointless its untrue.
i got an email through this morning from roadsafe saying the driver who nearly forced me off the road whilst his passengers were leaning out the window swearing will receive a letter. woopie do but at least if more people report him at least it might flag up on some system somewhere.
