Which decent casual SPD shoes? Dzr, Chrome, Quoc Pham, etc

I got the DZR Midnight.
Good:

• Looks nice
  
• Easy to walk with (I used them at work office)
  
• pretty windproof and warm
  
  

Bad:

• Not waterproof at all. Ride 5 minutes under the rain and you'll get your feet totally wet.
  
• The laces are sooooo long.
