S10 is a bit meh. Stainless is ok I think (never ridden one) but I'd rather go for the lighter versions. K710SL, X101 or similar. Need to get my bike a bit lighter as well. And need some better tires. GP4000S are way to big. Probably Rubino Pro in all black. Skinnier then the Conti's.
