yeah I wasn't too impressed with how they handled the situation either tbh. Can't fault their cobblery, and they're by far the best I've used in London. That said, they've just done their job, and others have failed, they've never gone above and beyond really.
Anyway, I now have someone elses shoes in my flat that I don't want. Was so dumbfound with their approach to it + I was over 30 mins late to work already as I've waited for them to rummage around their basement to try and find them, that I accepted them and left. Doesn't feel good at all, so gonna drop them off next time I'm in town. Rather have no shoes at all than someone elses.
