Did 15k this morning, once I was out I actually quite enjoyed it, but I was really not looking forward to it after yesterdays ride/run, I should have thrown in a bit of a longer loop, but my pace was dropping off as my energy levels dropped from not eating anything before running.
Got a run assessment at the Drummond clinic, it'll be interesting to get a hopefully independent view on my running gait.
