I bought these back in 2011 for £60 .. Worn them twice.
They look like new, loads of scotchlite and fully waterproof - Just the thing for hardcore commuters... Very light and easy to roll up and stash
I am not hardcore.. when it rains I take the train... So they are for sale.
Size is small - so 30-32" leg and an elasticated waist (30"ish but stretchy)
