Started as a Christmas project: take an old hard tail and turn it into a commuter/ going to the pub bike.
Done: slicks, brake bleed rebuild (got a bit carried away and bits came off in my hand), rigid forks, dual sided pedals 1 flat 1 clip in, neww bb and bigger crankset for more top end and some lock on grips..
To do: fix spoke that popped last night. New post (have one lying around) and saddle, fit road cassette (ratios are too far apart at the moment).
