It's brand new still in its packaging. Size xs but I tried it on and it's more like a small so will suit the average head alright unless you have a massive brain. The retail is £120 quid but they are on sale at amazon at the moment for £77.62 here. I think 35 quid is fair given its 2 days old? Could post it for about a fiver (would have to check) but would rather get rid of it to someone in London (Victoria park or Holborn way). You can buy new helmets from ebay for 35 quid but they are shite (I speak from experience) this is a very very good helmet well worth the 77 quid amazon is asking so I hope 35 is fair...
