It's the Windsor Chocolate Theatre Cafe, and on their facebook page someone asked why it was so popular with cyclists and the Cafe responded.

Hi it's because we have always welcomed the cycling community ever since we first opened nearly 15 years ago . Many cycling clubs treat it as a fab stop off en route ; where they know they will be treated well & quickly served . We provide healthy powerhouse sandwiches ; homemade warming soups , fantastic homemade patisseries - everything an avid healthy cyclist needs to get him on his/her way - Whether they are after a gorgeous homemade granola bar or one of our amazing hot chocolates ; there is something for everyone . We provide cycle locks ; and even warm blankets on cold days. What is there not to like ! When you are next passing come on over and we will welcome you too - services with a smile everything freshly made x
