i'd say 3 years. for the last 3 months its been purgatory riding anything hard uphill as my foot would just pop out. so been riding pretty hard one sided to compensate. it was also nigh on impossible to clip in with overshoes in amongst traffic which wasn't too sensible i must admit. what a dumbass.
