Hi Adam, fixed/ fixed. It is perfectly correct to put a freewheel on fixed thread but not other way round. The freewheel is perfectly correctly threaded and with correct grease to prevent diff. corrosion. I only put it on hand tight to check fitment but will need correct tool to remove as I don't like to use improvised methods.
