Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Favori is indeed one of Ellis Briggs'. Pay what you deem fair for it depending on the components on it.

Local charity shop is selling a favori which, i think is made by ellis briggs. Not bothered about the bike but it has a san marco rolls saddle on it with a bonkers bridget riley-esque headfuck of a pattern on it. Cant find a THING about it. Swirly contour pattern of black and white lines which really messes with your eyes. Its bloody ace and i want to give them a fair offer on it....being a charity and all. Any idea what the history of it is? Thanks
