Sugini 75 BB.

So I brought some 75's with the 75 bb,

im worried about using the bb. Never used a loose ball bb before, plus the weather isnt exactly going to help.

any one have any advice on the bb? get a new one?

or shall i try and trade for sram omniums??

A sealed 111mm Campagnolo square taper e.g. Centaur or Veloce will work.

It will be fine, use plenty of decent grease, maybe at the end of winter strip it, clean it and re-pack it... Really nothing to worry about.

Loose bearing BB are fine: cartridges have only been around for twenty years or so, whereas the loose bearing flavour have something like one hundred years of R&D.

Either one is less exposed than an external BB.
