I think it will be too small for your although I would probably build it anyway just because it is gorgeous.
My "correct" size is a 57 ST CTC on a 73 degree frame. I find that if the ST is anywhere from 56cm to 60cm with reasonably conventional old school geometry I can set up most vintage frames to give me an acceptable ride and let me experience how they compare.
I would not however set of on long day after day rides on anything that was not exactly right for me hence why I had a custom bike built which has fit like a glove from day 1.
