  • yea they're normally free i think.

  • Do you actually bother to read threads?

    Clearly some people do...

  • You can maybe get them from dogsballs, or that car parts place on Camden High Street, pahnd stores, any motor factors (not Halfords), petrol stations, petrol stations, screwfix.com, a pharmacy, painter and decorator merchants, poundshop, leyland, stringerman's company, toolstation, petrol stations, hospitals, B&Q, eBay, petrol stations, and petrol stations - next to the diesel pumps.

    Ok?

  • Woolworths ?

  • Has anyone mentioned you can get these from petrol sations? Cos you can...

  • Blue nitrile are much better than latex. Hard wearing and still flexable.

  • you cannot get latex gloves from petrol stations - these are polythene.

  • Pfs. Fact

  • and nitrile gloves don't have to be blue. Mine are a biegey/grey colour

  • you cannot get latex gloves from petrol stations - these are polythene.

    That's what I said up there - post #6.

(thanks for doing the hard work Sam)

  • Dont pay a fiver though, the motor parts store should sell you a box of 100 pairs for about £2.

Don't think anyone mentioned that so far.

    oh also,

    details details...

  • i got box of large 100 pairs (200 gloves) from romford market sure you could get them at any market look on the stalls with cleaning products bleaches toilet cleaner and that sort of stuff

  • Fools! Free gloves at petrol stations. Surprised no one mentioned it.

  • i got box of large 100 pairs (200 gloves) from romford market sure you could get them at any market look on the stalls with cleaning products bleaches toilet cleaner and that sort of stuff

You went to Romford market and didn't want to kill yourself?

  • Halfords sell them, but they're very expensive. I'm sure you could get them cheaper elsewhere if you only knew where to look. I get the occasional free one from gas stations when I purchase fuel oil (not petrol; they don't put them near petrol pumps).

  • I get mine in Brixton from the shop at the corner of Electric Avenue & Coldharbour Lane.

    £4.50 for 100 gloves

    Good for the money.

Good if you can buy in bulk and they do a wide range (latex / non-latex / non-powdered)

works out about £7 per box of 100

especially useful if you have skin problems like eczema and need to use some daily

  • I find petrol stations that have them and then borrow a few now and then.

  • These?

  • Are these really helpful? Serious question, not trolling.

I have eczema on one of my hands but have never really had any problems using my bare hands - nothing Swarfega can't sort out.

  • Winston was saying how in Germany, puncture stops take 10 min, because the first thing they do is whip out some latex gloves to keep their hands clean. Mad!
