Trying to sort some risers out atm, will need chopping down abit first
Sooooo I tried to swap my Paul donohue but didn't for many reasons. I did have some nice offers but not quite what I was after.
As I'm going to be keeping the frame iv decided to rebuild the bike from scratch and see if I can make any improvements.
Frame is made out of reynolds 853 soo I don't think I could get much better.. It fits fine in the leg as it's a 54cm seat tube. The TT is a 56 so it is a tad to big but I will just have to man up, I can ride it with out the trex stem for long distances aswell but it just feels that little bit more comfortable with current stem.
I will list the parts I'm running so you can make any suggestions as to how you think I could make it better. After all it's only my second bike build.
So the parts list.
Stubby trex thomson stem
Nitto rb 021 bullhorns
Campagnolo chorus headset
Giant tcr carbon 1in threadless forks drilled for my brake
Miche pistard wheels
19t halo cog
Njs 49t zen ring
Njs dura ace cranks 7600 I think
Njs sugino super lap bb
Kmc devil 101 gold chain
Nitto 65 seatpost
Stripped slr seatpost. And the original forks with no brake hole for the summer.
Iv got untill the summer to rebuild this bike with new/ maybe different parts.
Will upload a picture of how it looks now soon. Cheers
