Without sounding like a moron(seeing as the only rucksacks in my house are my tiny Osprey and a fucking huge Freitag that I have no idea of it's capacity), what size would I need for safety trainers(no bulkier than normal hitops), jeans, t-shirt, hoody, packed lunch and water? Along with normal cack like phone, wallet, waterproof etc. Attempted to run with my messenger bag once but was the worst experience ever.
I could run commute to one of my jobs, but not tree surgery due to the amount of gear I carry(it fully loads my Surly). It's 6miles which is coincendentally the length of my weekday runs as the marathons draw nearer.. tempting.
