Personally 20l is the biggest bag I would run with, buy the smallest you think you can get away with....
I've got a north face 20l that is excellent, the chest and waist straps fit me comfortably, I tried replacing it when the zips started breaking with an osprey bag that felt very comfortable in the shop but despite being 20l it just swings about with anything but the lightest of loads..
I also have a salomon running specific bag that's about7.5l in the main compartment and is actually a waistcoat which is totally awesome for just running, as it's super comfy and the variety of pockets on the chest have room for lots of goodies.
