For the sleek design:

I like that. Saddle height adjustment must be a bit fiddly though!

853 road frame 60/58. Currently at £72, 15 mins left.
Straight back on the bay. Now with better pictures and presumably expecting a better resale price.

FTFY, the link wouldn't work for me.
It's a nice frame, looks like quite a slack head tube angle though.
Not sure how much more than £107 he's likely to get though really. I've had an 853 frame, forks and Dura Ace headset for £99 and a complete 853 bike for £200 from Ebay, it can be hit and miss for sellers.

I have been looking for a Somec and saw this one today. Check out the odd cutout details (headtube, cable channel I have sure never seen, etc). A little small for me.

If it were bigger I would be all over it just for that top tube if nothing else. Lovely.

Likewise. I've seen bog standard 531 frames go for only a little bit less than 853. 653 is often cheaper than 531.

I kind of hope it goes for £106 just to spite him if he's trying to flip it! If it just doesn't fit him then fair play to him.

I'm really pissed as this was on Gumtree for £80 a few days before it went on the bay, but for some reason I didn't see it and it was only down the road from me and would have been ideal :(
