So the Turkish Pro Team Bib Shorts are fake, kind of. They do appear to have the right Cytech pad. The leg grippers are the old style from 2011 when they first came out. I'd bet my bike they don't have Coolblack⢠treatment.
Now I have a dilemma. They fit really well, and the pad is the real deal, but they're a bit shonky...

So I've compared these to a friend's PTBs and they are actually legit.
