I saw someone on Denmark Hill the other day who didn't know this - not a good look.

Dark hair, beard, riding a Bowery? If so, he's probably one of my bosses. Top chap, lives up that way, chooses his own way to assemble cycling clothes.

I have just purchased some of Decathlon's top of range bibshorts, keenly priced in the sale (20 odd quid, down from 50 odd). The red, black and white design really nails the 'breadline roadie douchebag' look, I think.

Will report back after the weekend, complete with assessment of weather conditions / outside temp at time of wear and ~~grainy black and white photos of my 'chamois area' ~~ whether I was too warm or not
