No cycling signs in Holborn (including bus lane)

Councillor Phil Jones has Tweeted that work to change the signage and permit cycling on Vernon Place will/should take place on 25/26 January and cycling will be allowed on the bus lane from 23 January.
It's very welcome to see the traffic order changed, good work by all involved. It was always nonsense to exclude cyclists from there.
