So mine are the 40cm, but that is outside to outside, 38cm ctc.
The measurements are as follows:
Drop (center to center) mm: (for size 36-38-40) 132
Drop (center to center) mm: (for size 42-44-46) 142
Reach (center to center) mm 86
This may well suggest that the larger ones are the anatomic shape, and the 38cm ctc are the biggest with the compact shape.
