No cycling signs in Holborn (including bus lane)

Indeed it does. But the question I am posing is why?
If London cared about cyclists that sign would be gone, the bridge would be partitioned as I explained and we could all cycle over it in safety in the mornings and evenings without fear of a fine.

I guess it was one of those where someone grumpy got a little close to a bike and the council stuck a sign up...
