If you're considering an ironman then surely an hour on a trainer is manageable.
Its not a problem at all TBH, and I was planning on doing a spinning class afterwards.
Is an FTP test just an hour on the bike at full beans after a warm up and the average power produced?
If that's the case then as long as i can get in there an hour before the spin class starts then it shouldn't be a problem...
