Are bbq stove/bin fire allowed? Not so much for food but just to keep warm since I have been warned it will be bloody cold...

It's part of a sports complex/centre so I would probably say no.

It's not possible to have fire there unfortunately, but there will be heated lockers and you can have access inside the gym if you're too cold. There'll be plenty of coffee and soup as well ;)

Soups? Do elaborate on this please. Are there cooking facilities near the court? I am quite a good chef and could whip up some simple Asian meals, cooked for the volunteers for the Hell's Bells/LO for the past 2 years so I am pretty sure I could easily feed all 16 teams. I would be there anyway (leave pending approval but don't see any reason why bosses would say no), so might as well make myself useful.

Regarding food...
If there was any vegetarian alternative, that would be awesome!

Meals are already sorted Ben, Hot meals by the court during the day and Pizzas at the bar saturday night. If you're coming to watch, you can pay the fee as well have and have the breakfasts, coffee, meals and pizza + a free beer on saturday just like the players. Hit me up

As for Vegetarians, no problem we're working on it !

How much is the fee for the food woods?

I'm still waiting for a few answers from the people making the food for us but it's very likely to be 25e again.
