Time Trial / Time Trialling / TT

It somehow manages to be simultaneously over-moderated and under-administrated, so people start loads of new threads for stuff which is already well covered, and you can't call them a cunt for so doing.
Don't you have to fill in a paper form and mail it in order to make a post there?
