Drivers just don't know not only what cyclists are legally allowed to do but what represents sensible riding. It frustrates me so much as a relatively cheap ad campaign could change most attitudes easily.
Oh and Clarkson's a bell end. I feel sure he's had it explained to him a few times but he's a professional tool so no matter really.
