Classy looking Lee Cooper built 14 Bike Co Truman frame and forks, 51.5 x 52.

Bottle bosses added by Argos.
Lugged construction powder coated a very dark grey with small metal flake and silver forks with same small metal flake.
Needs a new headset and has a small dint in the top tube that I have tried to highlight in the picture set.
