I do like LMNH but there is one bit I don't like in the job description.
'You will also need to include your idea for a new killer lmnh! product'
What a great way to steal intellectual property from the hundred or so applications they will receive for the job.
I hate when applications have a creative bit like this, I wish they could caviat it by saying that they won't use your idea if they don't employ you.
