The oxford still has a 22.2 OD, despite being able to fit bar end shifters, so your STIs wouldn't fit anyway unless I don't think. I've had some luck buying straight from the importer http://www.fine-adc.com/, bought my frame from them, but actually couldn't get a reply on the Oxfords when I asked about them. The bar I posted above is a cheaper alternative (still 22.2 though). Alternatively I might have some VO Montmartres for sale in the road size once I get those fitted. Narrower though (42cm)
