Thanks for clarifying this for me guys.
So my ultimate touring setup would be Mike Hall-alike. 32h slightly deep carbon rims on mtb hubs with cable disc breaks. And of course carbon frame, which served me well before.
Not sure if your second chart is ''better'' ed, as the first actually shows wheel diameter and the second one assumes a certain tire wide/deepness.
