As 29" wheels are the same diameter (but with wider rims) as 28" (622/700c) all of the mentioned brands have frames that take 29er wheels.
The Salsa Vaya i just built takes 29er wheels, but max 45mm tyre size.
The Salsa Fargo i think takes 29er wheels with up to 54mm tyres (2.2")
Also the Specialized AWOL can fit quite wide tyres.
