I have a Pompetamine with the Hope single speed rear hub and cannot recommend it enough. I've had it two years and it's never let me down. It's 135 spaced. It has a short cassette body which will allow you a bit of chain line adjustment and it's held in place with two 10mm stainless cap head bolts.
You can get it as a complete Hope Hoops 29er single speed wheel or just the hub.
