Blue Claud Butler Spectra? Town Bike.
with a 4 speed SA hub and untested front dynamo, seems to be a late 1960s model built up as a one off town bike.
Size: top tube and down tube are both 56 cm centre to centre, stem is 70mm and bar width is 52cm
Centre pull brakes, 27" wheels, new Panaracer Pasala tyres ( £25 each) and tubes.
Whats good; most of the bike has been cleaned and serviced, new cables, headset and bottom bracket cleaned and refitted fine. The wheels run nicely, are fairly true and the brakes are powerful.
Not so good; the frame is pretty scratched, but has no dents or rust, the gears need adjusting, the crankset needs some adjustments and new cotter pins.
