I have ongoing knee problems not caused by brakeless or impact sports but it obviously doesn't help.
I know that I shouldn't ride brakeless but I do, idk why really.
It seems that the deadly combination of a medium/high ratio + brakeless + playing basketball 3/4 days a week has weakened some ligaments in my right knee. It seems the ACL has been slightly strained from all the jumping that is involved in the sport.
^^do you reckon you could get away with riding with a brake or even a freewheel for a bit?
(I have no idea if a freewheel would actually help but it seems like it might)
