Police community support officers (PCSOs) are key to how we engage London's communities. Building bridges with the public, they are a reassuring presence, deterring crime and making a visible difference to people's lives. (I always wanted to make a difference)
They focus on the needs of the community. (i do this)
They interact and engage with the public.* (I definitely do this)*
They help create safer neighbourhoods.* (not so much..)*
They earn up to £27k* a year. (100% more than im on now)
