He's open to offers as well. I put in an offer of £280 which the poster thought his mate would probably take, before realising that I have no room or money, and that this would definitely be too small for me.
What size is it, 55? Looks too big for me, pity as it's nice imho.

Would not ride/buy.
This bit where they're covering their arse tells you all you need to know:
RIDDEN BY A VERY STRONG AND SERIOUS TRACK SPRINTER AND AS SUCH WE HAVE CHOSEN TO REPLACE THE FRAME.
PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN BIDDING AS I CANNOT GAURANTEE THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE FRAME AND ITS STRUCTUAL INTEGRIGRITY. -

I imagine people are bidding because they believe it to be less of an issue than advertised.
As many have pointed out - that's probably not a great gamble to take.

could it not just be the dish of the wheel. you would need to see that wheel in another frame to be certain.
is it the case then that you can bend carbon out and for it to hold its new shape/form like steel, but you cant bend it back in?
sorry if i missed something.

At least a swede saddle would be soft to sit on and provide carbs after the race.
