I'd be interested to see just how well Epic does retain it's proofing over 200 washes.
I bought a Ventile jacket from Hilltrek about four or five years ago. It's still waterproof. Cost about the same. Not as hip looking as this version of the Harrington. I'm considering asking Hilltrek to make a cycle cape from Ventile, it's such an amazing fabric. My wax cape is so heavy and requires reproofing. And the wax collects dirt. The details need a few improvements too.
If Epic really does do well after that time I'd be impressed. I have to say I'm impressed by the Harrington overall. Could do without the logos.
