I read somewhere to use arlildyte and glue the Allen key into the rounded bolt to achieve traction.
Needless to day this only made matters worse...
Ended up using a drill bit just smaller than the bolt. I then slowly increased the size of the rounded bolt hole above the thread of bolt until It broke off.
Hey presto the shoes and threads were in perfect condition and drilling saved the day despite my stupid glue antics..
