I'd give the white saddle a miss too, for practical and aesthetic reasons (too matchy-matchy), but keep the white tape.
Any reason not to keep the DTS? If you've not used them before, they are a piece of piss and you will quickly be making super slick shifts. It will also save a lot of ball ache trying to find STi.
