What is Windows Live requirement? I have to join some online community or some shit just to drive over a few people?

'Windows Live' is Microsoft's attempt to re-create 'Xbox Live' style experience on Windows. But is actually full of DRM stuff, eg connection to Microsoft whilst you play etc. It would probably help if I used the actual current name - 'Games for Windows Live'. Here is the wikipedia page which even mentions the issues with GTA4.

Can I play the game without signing up to this Live stuff? There was no mention of needing to sign up to online services ffs.

Modern games is like this nowadays sadly, now heading toward the PS4 instead of the Xbone for that reason.

Stream version will likely to have the Live login, Fallout 3/NV and Bioshock from Stream required it.

Actually I think Ed is right, you need to authenticate again GfWL to play. There are steam discussion thread about it.

You would have to try very very hard to make everything about a pretty neat idea come off as lame as that. From the stupid crooked iPod shuffle gun to the embarrassing video with its horrible music.

Cutting back on Ingress play now, letting the new players take over. I was the first tranch of players after Google employees were allowed to play so it was October 2012 when I started.

not yet, am getting the hang of things first.

Has anyone successfully used iFruit on an Android phone to get custom licence plates? I ordered mine hours ago but there's been no in game texts nor have they changed on my vehicles.

Finished gta v over the course of a few days and got kind of bored but haven't gotten all the epsilon tracts or the toxic waste collectibles , anyone done this was it worth it ?

TBH, it's not really worth it, it's something fun to do.

If you can, you're better off spending your time online, like other had said previously, it's where it's worth building up your "reputation" in.
