I'm sorry but being successful in Norway is like winning the Scottish second division without Rangers in it. Anyone other than an x utd player and this would be laughed out of town

TBF they've always been know to play 442 at all levels out there...until Ole turned up and changed up everything playing a much better and progressive style. I know football isn't won on speeches (otherwise we'd be top) but he sounds incredibly organised, driven and focussed. Time will tell.
