I used
http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
and got
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/t26/tempelhof/regular/ but that has square lines, it's possible that they modified a printing font like that to make vinyl cut letters work better, as square corners peel rather easily.
