The 58cm and above has a 73 degree head tube angle which is quite steep. I think the fork has too much rake making it look slack. Slap a woundup on there and you got yourself a mean looking bike imo. I deffo would slap 25c tyres on there aswell.
Build above is quite shite to be honest.
